Both vitamin C and calcium play important roles in maintaining, and preventing the breakdown of bone. While calcium needed for the maintenance of healthy bone and teeth and prevent osteoporosis, vitamin Cs contribute to normal Collagen formation for normal function of cartilage which is needed in bone repair.

Acid :Citric acid , Calcium carbonate , acidity  regulator: sodium hydrogen Carbonate, Flavourings, Bulking agent: sorbitol , maize starch , L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C ), Maltodextrin , Beetroot juice powder, Sweetner: Aspartame , sweetener: Acesulfame K , colour: riboflavin 

Dissolve one effervescent tablet a day in a glass of water (200 ml) and drink.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of the reach of children.
